Office space is nice. Lunch once a week, and breakfast once a week. Pay was fair for the role. Good benefits.

Complete lack of accountability across the company. SLT touted goals and alignment, but there were no actionable goals and no follow-through. Favoritism runs rampant, and consistently, men fail forward. Environment is incredibly toxic - very much a bro-culture.

Disappointing place to work

- If you work in content, marketing, or production, you may get to travel to some cool places
- Free lunch once a week
|
- A general lack of respect and professionalism between employees, and between managers/senior leadership and their subordinates.
- Bro culture and as another employee stated, "a track record of men failing upward."
- Poor communication between departments and differing goals that aren't aligned, leading to lots of conflict.
- Work/life balance felt non-existent. "Open paid time off" policy results in people rarely taking time off and others looking down on those who try to take a vacation.
- If management likes you, you'll get promoted and rewarded, the same people do, over and over.
- You can get promoted and take on more responsibility, but still not get a raise.
- Little guidance in specific roles. Unclear goals and no plans or steps to reach said vague goals.
- No career growth plans. A lot of the positions feel like dead end jobs.
- A lot of negativity among employees who hate their job and want to find a new one.

Proud and thankful to work at FloSports

Very thankful and proud of the way the company has quickly pivoted during COVID-19. The leadership team was quick to give us new realistic targets and updated goals. Communication and transparency have never been better, which has undoubtedly helped relieve some the anxiety employees are inevitably feeling right now. Job preservation is also a priority- there have been no layoffs and in a company directly impacted by the lack of live events right now, that speaks volumes.
