The owners are very specific about how they want things done, ie" how to talk to patients by not using typical medical language, getting to know patients on a personal level, etc. It's a very unique health environment and I saw some staff come and go who did not do well with constructive feedback. It takes a mature person to be open to change. (Also, one hire had no experience working in a small office and that wasn't a good fit. ) Personally, I loved it! Expects them to know things they were never trained on. Bully-mentality. Poor communication skills. Don't pay bonuses that are promised. Paychecks late and incorrect often. Disregard for human emotion.
