Good company to work for, bad scheduling opportunities. Hours and scheduling don’t seem to be distributed fairly, enjoyed the work and management, but scheduling was a very frustrating thing to deal with.

Start time typically 10:00am everyday I began my route by picking up all the flowers and complete each delivery using a App called on fleet most of the deliveries were in the loop area and some in the north Chicago area my favorite thing about the job was getting to learn my way around the city if Chicago

Wonderful message, mission ,and founders
|
Wonderful message and play to work. Great job as a delivery driver, can set flexible hours - they'll work with you. However was very disorganized a lot of during deliveries taking more time. Or getting attitude from the people supposed to be helping when out delivering back at home base: the office.
The company and founders are amazing people. Beautiful message and flowers I recommend it they've grown since then and always improving for delivering gigs.

Great workplace with with amazing co workers and beautiful flowers

wonderful work place and great staff. There are many people coming in an out of the workshop so you get to meet a lot of people. The management is tough and sets you to high expectations but are extremely nice and accommodating.

Wouldn't even consider this part time work
|
Great place if you are only looking for daily work. The company is highly unorganized. The company does not have a support system for drivers. You drive off with a car full of flowers and if a problem arises, you have no one to contact. You get paid by the delivery not by the hour but they will waste hours of your time because the flowers aren't ready for delivery.

Management is rude, curses a lot in training - basically a group of kids running a lemonade stand.
