The individuals in charge of leadership, if they can even be called leaders, exhibit misogynistic tendencies by favoring men for promotions and pay raises without merit, while women must work much harder and jump through hoops for a raise that barely covers inflation. My concerns were completely ignored despite raising these issues with them on multiple occasions. Senior leaders are allowed to treat women poorly, which creates a toxic and unsafe work environment. I was fortunate enough to leave that environment, but I sympathize with those who remain. Poor management and leadership are the root causes of this problem.

Prepare for a bitter reality check at FlowHub, where promises of support and growth turn out to be nothing but empty words. Brace yourself for the following harsh truths:
Managerial Negligence: The so-called manager is a colossal waste of resources and time. Expect no professional development or guidance whatsoever. They're consistently late to 1-1 meetings, showing utter disregard for your time and development needs.
Deceptive Compensation Schemes: "OTE Earnings" are a cruel joke, designed to lure in unsuspecting employees. Despite surpassing quotas, you'll be lucky to see any substantial increase beyond your base salary. It's a thinly veiled deception.
Career Dead Ends: Forget about climbing the corporate ladder at FlowHub. Internal promotions are a fairy tale here. The company prefers hiring outsiders over nurturing their own talent, leaving ambitious employees stranded with no hope for advancement.
Communication Black Hole: Need urgent assistance? Good luck with that. Don't expect a prompt response, or any response at all, for hours, possibly even until the next day. It's a testament to the sales manager's disregard for employee concerns and growth.
In conclusion, FlowHub is a wasteland of neglect, broken promises, and shattered dreams. Save yourself the agony and seek employment elsewhere if you value your sanity and career progression.

1) Employees. You will work with some of the most incredible, talented people in the cannabis tech space. They are dedicated, smart and driven. 2) Working in cannabis. Getting to experience things not many have or will ever experience. It's tough, but more rewarding than anything else. 3) Benefits and Comp. Unlimited PTO was fantastic, benefits were standard and salaries/bonuses were being structured well (for most).

These things may have changed and I hope they did: 1) Leadership. Made too many mistakes and opposing perspectives on initiatives were not valued. Employees started to notice trust issues with leadership. 2) Culture. Not as "open" as you would think. Company wanted the culture to look positive while ignoring some of the harsh realities. 3) Top performers left / were laid off. Recognition and appreciation became non existent so people left. Layoffs were poorly executed and unprofessional.
