Work was unsteady and most of the time parts needed to complete jobs were not available or needed rework. The shop floor assembly and testing crew were some of the best I’ve ever worked beside. Many of the management were under skilled and not up to their task at hand. Skilled employees on the shop floor Horrible management team and mechanical engineering team. I was fortunate enough to have worked under some GREAT supervisors, both my Sr. level Manager and my upline VP were fantastic to work for! That being said, the company went through a LOT of changes, in the years I was there which was really tough to see. I was laid off in a company transition from publicly held to private ownership, but I still have good things to say about this company! I would work for my particular supervisors again, but not for just any of them. Most of the employees were very hard-working and committed to excellence. The company also provided some fun activities associated with the customer base. We enjoyed seeing people from the racing industry, the motorcycle industry, and aerospace. They provided many wellness-related activities too, and great benefits! They do strive to execute their company mission statement. Could not have paid for the education I was given from my senior management and the opportunities to learn new things. It is a publicly traded company that required strict adherance to privacy and confidential information. Most accounting departments do. Everyone is helpful. Moving to the machine was great to learn how parts are made using C&C machines.
