Not a bad place to work

The company itself is good and a great place to work.
|
The contact center is a very toxic place.
The managers and QA’s are bullies. The leadership of the contact center exhibits abuse of power. From top to bottom. No career opportunities, only familiariasm works. Office politics is well at play, I wouldn’t advise anyone to work in the contact center. They have the lowest pay, among other departments within the company. And this is still because of the leadership which feels they are paying well enough. They don’t take feedback, they will rather shut you up. Because to them, you are standing up against them.
