Dishonesty, lying, incompetent Charlatans that were paid six digits to never work a consistent 40hr week or produce success or progress. Had to be exposed to the over inflated ego's of individuals that never put anything forward to succeed. Felt like the company was strangled and set to fail shortly after the beginning in Bend, look who was involved and then ended up with it. The incompetent nepotism was dominating and obvious. Hurt a lot of people who deserved better!

Travel to some interesting places and got paid for it, paid for lunches by the company, a lot of the lower-level technical people were great to work with. Some good management personnel through the times.
|
Closed down at the end of July 2022 with a 20min zoom call. SOme poor management at the high level. Focus on development crossed three aircraft products instead of focusing on one and getting one right before moving onto the next one, when series B came along the company doubled in size and expenditures crippling the company at a faster rate when half the company was brand new and not as effective in their positions where many who had been there for awhile were before everyone else was onboarded.

Company is now defunct. The founders needed to listen to the Senior Leadership that had experience in the UAV industry instead of doing things their way. It was great having Will on board, regardless of how brief. It was understandable for him to take on other opportunities as they arose and get as far away from the train before it crashed. I wish him and the other team members the best in their future endeavors.
