Idk if it’s the workload or what, but management seems to struggle with communicating new or urgent info to customer-facing employees. This causes confusion and anger for clients, and causes repeated calls and divert the resources away from making progress. Please get out important info days in advance so that the reps can work on getting correct info out to clients and advisors.
