Hire management that does not show weakness and will not use profanity when the going gets tough. The culture of this company is often times hostilite, there seems to be no values.Ford needs leaders that will LEAD by EXAMPLE & know what they are doing to teach newcomers! Ford needs structure more than ever at this time as there is no one to report HR matters except for the Controller & CFO which is conflicting. The roles of team members are not clearly defined which leads to confusion at times. Incorporate more training & better undertstanding to help grow the individuals within your team instead of piling on work, work and more work before they are able to understand what they were initially responsible for.

Ford is a very relaxed environment. Everyone is very nice. Schedules can be flexible.

Wages are on the bottom low-end of industry standards. Lower employees are definitely under paid. There are no perks or discounts which is what you'd expect to be working at a "top" leading agency in the industry. They do not offer annual reviews or raises.
