I never had an issue personally with the staff or the company, but I know people who have had trouble in the past. The company tends to pick favorites early on but it is possible to sneak your way into the elite few.

Not What It Use To Be

Sadly the FORD Models name has been disgraced over the past few years as the company has been slipping and the owners are misguiding the company (not to mention sleeping with employees). Very unprofessional, terrible work environment and awful values overall.

Working here looks good on your resume. There definitely is room for growth as well. The working environment is very snooty and “bougie” though. I would only recommend growing with the company of booking models are your passion. If not, use it to your advantage, network with industry powerhouses to find your next step in your career.

modeling is tougher than you think
|
I love those years, but hard and expensive to be a model, all expense are paid by model, plus 50 % goes to the agency. I had to pay for travel housing and any other expenses. It was great though to be able to travel and support myself for many years. Unfortunatly its a shot career, but you can learn a lot if your smart.

Staff has a way of making "new faces" feel like they're not valued. You are constantly reminded that you can be dropped at any moment. A lot of internal conflict within the staff.

Work on your own schedule if in school

Favoritism between models, no work if you don't meet strict (and sometimes unrealistic) physical standards
