Once the interview began it was the people I met that made me want to be a part of this. There is a great deal of potential to influence the product, work with some smart and driven people and I like our customers. I came in and had to drink from multiple firehoses, but I feel like everyone in the company I work with is willing to help and make sure I learn how to use our product. The opportunity like most start-ups to learn are pretty high because someone could always use help if offered. Many of us really are self starters and can get "hit done without being asked. It's really amazing to work with people who get it. I've heard some people at the top are a bit micromanaging thank god I don't have to deal with that but would be a super bummer if I had to deal with that. Budgets are a bit tight since we are yet to do a capital raise.
