Especially BINGO players who are elderly and on fixed incomes. Totally knowing that the casinos can rig their payouts, who wins, who loses and taking advantage of the situation by using computer generated simulated balls on screen, the hard balls have "bar codes" and the player can not visually see them. Well unless you want to stand in front of the caller stand.
