Fortunet needs to improve moral and increase pay to keep employees
Little micromanaging, Stable company- no money concerns
Pay is not close to market value, if you need office supplies (or anything needed to complete a job)- good luck getting approval to get it, very secretive- current and future plans are not known by anyone, Moral is very low

I don't have any suggestions or advice. I had a very good time working here and didn't experience any problems that I couldn't solve.

Place is getting worse once was good
Pay is decent, insurance
Work with cheap faulty equipment, no direction, often thrown into things with no instructions and little help. They treat everyone like they are trying to steal or rip them off. They expect you on call with overtime but don't want you ever to have overtime. You have to deal with customers knowing some of the problems will never be fixed.

Maybe good to work, but TERRIBLE to players
stable, pay is marginal but dependable
Feel guilty knowing that the products being produced are to 100% benefit the casinos and 0% benefit the players. Especially BINGO players who are elderly and on fixed incomes. Totally knowing that the casinos can rig their payouts, who wins, who loses and taking advantage of the situation by using computer generated simulated balls on screen, the hard balls have "bar codes" and the player can not visually see them. Well unless you want to stand in front of the caller stand. If you have a conscience, you may want to work elsewhere.

Why don't you make a product that benefits the players and management alike? Is it that important to this company to benefit financially by fraudulently promoting fair gaming to players? It may in the short run, but the casinos are now suffering by decreased player participation and buy ins.

Might be a good place to get your career started but you might pay for it in the long run
You own your code. Can get experience in a variety of technologies.
No feedback, little direction, no process, owners are hands on, tons of technical debt (over 800 defects), multiple disparate code bases, cameras in the workplace, still use technology from the early 90's, few benefits, multiple distractions daily from discussions in the work place. Read the agreement about the 90 day severence, they can let you go before the probationary period is up.
