Pathetic Psychopath Organization with Deceptive Words

It's good for fresher or others who just have couple of years free to gain experience.

No work life balance, politics, no encouragements, silos, crazy top management.
It's organization with lots of potential and fancy deceptive words to allure you but work-life balance is impossible to achieve people just burn out till their last breath, also having lots of strategic problems regarding HR and other issues, lots of politics along with boot-licking your boss to be safe. they are really falling back to keeping good people happy and retain them for longer term. There is established system not to have or make second line of leadership by authorities.
However it supports new ideas but please do not waste your time thinking that those idea will ever get implemented. It good for gaining experience for freshers but one can not build full career at this place. The top management will make sure that you are fully confused and frustrated and begging to leave the organization. Their hiring policy, salary selection is also biased towards so called "God Sent" people.
Most of the divisions/project works in perfect silos and no synergy exists between programs and people.
Directions(If you consider them direction, it's more on getting lost) from top management keep changing day to day...and it's really frustrating and stressful to cope up with their imaginary demands.
If you find one do let me know... It's good for fresher or others who just have couple of years free to gain experience.
All the work depends on whims and moods of top management... if you are on their good list (Read bootlickers)...No need to worry or work tooo!!!!

Pros apply only if you are a psycopath (Like most of the key people there). Otherwise your frequency won't match. In other words if you are -
1. Good at demotivating people.
2. Take credit for other's work
3. Be good at maintaining so called 'good relations' with the key people i.e. praise them, bootlick them, make yourself small in front of them, be nice to them and similar things
4. Expect same behaviour from people who are in your team and if they don't bow down, label them as 'inefficient'.
If you have all these qualities (which majority of people posses on earth presently), then there are only pros of working here.

I have already mentioned in 'Pros'. If you are a normal, mentally fit individual, you won't be able to work here for long. Conditions will be made for you to resign.
