Cant pay rent with comp nights and company holiday parties with unlimited liquor. Direct managers were phenomenal people, everyone else were fake sharks. In the end, the company showed their butts during the pandemic. Not many were saved. Mental and physical abuse if you aren't part of the gang or culture. I was on call but at times didn't work for more than 25 days. Your uniform will stink so something very fishy going on. Police and cams on duty at all times. Felt like high school but my direct managers made it tolerable.
