Things are a bit funny with goals due to strategy changes, but still a good job. If you see them hiring then apply, because there are only 10 stores. Great group of managers currently and the DM/RM are the best I’ve ever worked for period.

Territory is very large and lots and lots of driving with not all your vehicle cost covered.

Stressful with bad managers
|
A typical work day at Fox Racing was stressful and mean and rude managers. I learned how to utilize my work tools. Management was verbally abusive, sarcastic and overall just had terrible manners towards their associates. The workplace culture with other employees was enjoyable, they were easy to work with and understood my work ethic and reacted easily to different situations. The hardest part about the job was probably the downtime when they're was no foot traffic.

If management is still the way it was 5 years ago, then it's still bad. Management was all about favoritism. Employees were afraid to speak up because management would retaliate and give them assignments that were hard for employees. Lack of professionalism In management and HR.

If you like favortism and not doing your daily job then this is the place for you!! No raises at all, they work you until your exhausted. They don’t care about your family life all they care about is themselves. No advancements unless you speak Spanish or know a supervisor personally.

Absolute worst leadership you will ever work with. Department was neglected by incompetent leadership. These people will lie straight to your face and stab you in the back. Zero integrity.
Oh and hopefully you like working with grown adults that act like entitled children when they don't get their way. HR practically does not exist. It's a sinking ship. It's a shame they ran the Fox name into the ground
