I have been working at FranConnect full-time, no good left in this company now, In my 1.5 year of working here I could not find anything worth as pros. Everything is getting bad that one cannot find anything good working here no.
The managers and senior people have not even basic technical knowledge. The coding standards are very poor. You are left for yourself, with no guidance from your project manager.

Alcoholic Management should Stop doing politics with employees and they have to respect knowledgeable and hard work employee. During work from home period management only appear in team meeting employees harassment. Don't understand why US team hired this kind of management, While team can work well without them.
Please tell people when there is 150+ employees, 2 HRs employee can easily handle the whole company in normal days as well as during current WFH period also. What the 4 HRs are doing here, While no one have at least 2 hrs daily work in HR department, in current and future. FC HR only available for irritate and time wasting to other employee with some so called useless funny activity.

People are generally very personable. Definitely a small office feel.

CEO is dangerously incompetent, both in providing and effective workplace and guiding the company direction.
No room for career growth.
Non-management employees treated as children.
Culture breeds for resignation and compliance while reporting to the incompetent.
