There are absolutely none. the only perk to working here was my store manager was a decent human being. Other than that, this place is horrible

Frazee has horrible upper management and it is a very greedy company. The only focus of this company is who knows who and how much money can we keep in our pockets. They treat their employees terribly and I would highly suggest seeking employment elsewhere

Training your staff has to prioritized, when your daily customers are mostly professionals. Your staff should know the products we carry as well as how to tint. Allow your employees to work as a team that would allow for production to increase.

Friendly associates to work with. But over worked, stressed, underpaid, and never promoted while lazy associates were applauded.
|
Comex treats their workers as if they where a piece of crap(I wish I could input the actual word I feel) on the bottom of your shoe. They ask for more and more of their employee's while giving nothing in return but a miniscule paycheck. Not once was i able to pay my bills on time, or ever get caught up. (they never paid there own bills)
and all of the insentives like 401K's and such... they Don't contribute anything.
This is a company that loves to hire good hard workers and they do their best to work them to the grave. Then to top it all off... they'd take a leak on the tombstone.

Employees were treated horribly
|

It was a convenient work location at the time
|
I worked in the HR department and was appalled at how they treated their employees. However, this was back in 2005 and hopefully things have changed.
