I worked a number of jobs before my venture into Frazee Paint, but I grew so much during my tenure there. I began my Frazee career as a driver in Arizona and quickly went into Assistant Store Management, with a few other interesting promotions along the way in California. Ultimately I spent the majority of my career revolutionizing the SOP of the Customer Distribution Center. After my arrival as Sales Operations Manager, I improved every aspect of how orders were facilitated, and coordinated, to service our large customer base. I am proud for my time there and hope to do be as integral to my next career. I learned how to pick and pull orders with a forklift and a 3 wheel parts cart. Management treated us well. No problems. The workplace was fast paced and time consuming. Hardest part of the job was mistakes. If there was a mistake, it had to be corrected and verified by your team leader. Frazee was my career of choice type of company when it is owned by the Frazee brothers. Those days, the company was beautiful and was a very great place to work at.
