It is ok start. The work is not too stressful but can get boring.

It was an ok job. However, you will have to deal with lot of out of line people who would arrive and mess up the place. Not to mention the workers themselves have no training on how to treat co-workers.

Many will say that working for a library is boring, which it sometimes can be, but the Free Library is a great place to work overall. I have no complaints.
-Management is nice and friendly.
-Employees become like family.
-You can develop friendships with normal, every day attending patrons.

This specific library is located in a good spot. On your lunch, there's many option to get a quick bite. The other employees are very helpful and getting the hang of the job takes about two weeks. You never stop learning and you'll want more people to go to your local library once you see what the job is like.

You have to work different hours everyday. You are never home for dinner with your family. Now they want to.open on Saturdays all year long with no staff. Management stinks. The President and Director doesn't care about the staff. She only cares about making herself look good. The mayor doesn't care either. They do their jobs on the backs of their employees. I
