Employees at a personal level are great. Friendly, supportive, and willing to help where they can.
The food itself is delicious and knowing that you are part of a company that is helping people get through the pandemic is positive.

What were free meals now must be purchased, granted the meals are at a discount which is better than nothing.
Politics has grown unchecked and now is a large part of the culture. In my time here I have seen where all associates were aligned towards one goal, as the company has grown, multiple factions have taken root. Each one with their own desires. Such changes have made a fun enjoyable company, a bog of frustration.
Experience on paper does into translate to experience with managing people or a team.
Lack of communication through the organization is something Freshly tries and tries to improve but has not made significant progress. Yes there are Company Stand Ups and Quarterly gatherings, but such meeting offer little guidance on the actual direction of the company. Associate do not know how successful or not initiatives are like B2B or Fit.

Top leadership needs to take more of a role to drive culture.
Never assume what was intended to be shared with associates is shared. More than likely it was not.

No career growth, leadership excludes you from important meetings that impact your job and provide you with a summary of what you should do without any reasoning, so you do not have any buying in why you are doing what is asked for. The company promotes fast friends and family, but you have to be with them for years to be promoted so it feels like a bro promotion company. Benefits are different between locations, and corporate has the best benefits; they should go with the most strict state to follow and apply it to all locations. Instead, it looks like the company has preferential treatment to the employees that work in the corporate location.
