I love that everyone - regardless of their title or team is friendly, engaging, and approachable. I decided to join Fresh Water Systems because of one word: transparency. Throughout the recruitment process, the hiring team was forthcoming about what I could expect if I accepted an offer. Before my first day, I received a document that clearly outlined my business goals and how I would be evaluated during my reviews. Since joining 4 months ago, there have been no surprises. I have been given the trust to perform my job without being micromanaged. Although I have been given a high level of independence, I have felt supported to take on challenges without fear of a punitive response if a failure occurs. In addition, I have benefited greatly from weekly 1:1 mentorship meetings with my direct supervisor. The longer I'm here, the more I enjoy being a part of this team.
