Nice and friendly employees and made you feel welcomed. Nice place to gain experience and start. People work really hard. That's all about it.

Different cultures I guess. Korean owned company, they do things differently than in US and they don't really follow labor laws here. Things always change. Expect to work overtime without pay, no personal life, low salary, and no benefit. Not a really really bad company, just things could been better and be fair to employees and customers.

|
The yelling is absolutely true. Verbal abuse from the VP. The President sits in his office and watches the employees on cameras all day. If he sees someone taking a little too long to go to the restroom, he will come out and reprimand you. This is a Korean owned and run company. They do things differently than in US. Work hours are excessive and labor laws are broken every day. They speak Korean around you and you can't understand anything they say. They cook terrible smelling things in the office. I felt like a captive in a concentration camp with all the yelling that went on. It didn't matter who or where they were. I actually sat and cried one day because I felt so trapped and the verbal abuse to others was horrific to listen to. If you are their family, you are ok. But everyone else is micromanaged. I was promised a raise after 90 days which never came. The pay is minimal and the work is excessive and the abuse is horrible.
NEVER EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Frisco International is one of the worst possible companies to work for, and although their products might be fine to use, if you do have a problem, forget customer service, you will be outright ignored. This company's policy is if someone has a complaint, they are the problem. This applies to both customers and employees. If you work for this company, expect to be yelled at every day, and don't even think about showing initiative. Any unauthorized action, even minor ones like sending an email or asking a question, will be met with rage and contempt. If you are a customer, sending an email to HR will be ignored, because they cannot reply without authorization and they will NEVER get authorization. There is no reason to waste your time here. Post your resume on Indeed and send out some resumes on craigslist. I guarantee you can find something better than this.

Although you threaten to fire people all the time, in my experience, the only people that left, left voluntarily. You will continue to loose good people, and will only be able to keep the desperate that cannot get a good job elsewhere as long as you yell, threaten, and abuse your employees. Let HR do their job, and you will have a much more successful company.
