Overall a solid place to learn early on in your career, if you can handle the pace

Worked as a med-surg CNA prior to grad school and it was a good place to become familiar with the hospital setting. Lots of very smart, hardworking people at Froedtert and MCW
|
That said, staffing ratios were poor, especially since our floor in particular had a very high rate of patient turnover (many surgical pts).
