They had good pay but it depends on what you do. The company doesn’t compensate for everything. The overall coverage for medical or healthcare was a low ratio they only pay 20% but only on dental and sub Benefits. They well maintain and discipline on safety but not serious matters. The jobs, when you first start at any job at frontier spinning mills will leave you fatigue and body aching. I enjoyed working at Frontier over the years and hate to see the plant close.I have been in management since i was employed here and have learned a lot about managing the plant's operational schedule and technical aspect of the machinery.
