Compensation is fair with equitable increases to match performance. Lucrative healthcare benefits as long as you're not interested in family coverage - that is very expensive at this company! The management team at the Corporate office is comprised of a mix of cultured-varied individuals, however there are some that are stuck in the old ways. The technology is there to have a more mobile workforce, but antiquated business models prevent the management team from moving forward.
