It is a small company that allows us to be creative to a certain extent. The leadership at the very top level have a good vision and we create a great product that benefits many in the legal industry. Intensity of requirements with little compensation to match. Unfortunately upper management's vision and drive are not being reflected by mid-level management. Mid level management is setup more like a group of yes-women and yes-men. THey don't have drive, they don't have the vision and they don't have the professional ability to stand up for what they believe in.
