You'll learn a lot about the eCommerce industry. Fulfil provides a lot of features which accommodates the industry. Once you learn more about the product, you'll learn more about the industry, and in turn, you'll learn about the industry's challenges and how Fulfil can solve these challenges. 2. You'll have a legitimate opportunity to be a part of an exciting company with a considerable amount of potential. Once you learn about how the product solves some of the biggest challenges for eCommerce retailers, you'll soon discover the potential of this product. 3. The staff are all great people! They are all very genuine who do sincerely care about their staff members. 1. Learning the product is not easy. The product offers a lot of features, and more often than not, learning some features could be somewhat challenging. This will improve over time as the product becomes easier to use, and when the product's support documentation becomes more complete. 2. Training and onboarding was challenging. So many consequences They will fire on the spot but if someone is leaving the company of own will then you have a 1 month notice period. Firing without, notice period nothing is mentioned in the policy. So please join this company on risk. Office timing is 10 AM - 6 PM but you will not realize when you end up working 12-16hr Please join this company if you have no personal life. Because you are going to spend most of the time working. After working that long for a company you will not get any compensation, appreciation and if you do small mistake then get ready to hear some extremely offensive and insulting comment from CEO. CEO is short-tempered and can insult you any time. He doesn't care how experienced you are and not remember how much you did for this company. At that moment he will treat you like a slave. It is a blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. Please do not use your brain and do whatever they suggested because if you come up with any suggestion, they will not listen or end up ignoring. They will hire you as a fresher, pay you less than the market standard but they will expect you to bring 5yr of work experience in the company. Their strategy is to hire fresher criticise them for there work and get things done under pressure with no compensation. They know you have no industry experience so you will do what they are saying and you will believe on their word and think that you are not a good developer and start burning yourself day and night just to prove yourself. You will not understand when time passes and you end up hurting yourself, lose your confidence, your self-respect, mentally disturbed, you will not sleep for days, you went into depression. Please do not endure any abuse. If you are still in this company and facing such a situation please please please leave this company ASAP. That is why CEO is ending up working in all the teams instead of managing, sharing knowledge, coming up with innovative ideas etc. - Except CEO, other co-founders never worked under any manager that is why they will never understand the pain of employee and don't know how to manage a team. - Yes, you are an excellent developer it doesn't mean you are a good leader. And company run with a good leader. - Learn how to treat your employee. - Hire more people and distribute work instead of burning 4-5 developer. - Please get some non-technical leader in your company who will show you problem from another perspective. Every problem is not a technical problem. - You love your tech stack it's good but please respect employee of other fields as well. - Please divide your company into different teams and let them work separately. - Trust people and make them the owner of their work. So that you will get enough time to work on other things. - Distribute everyone works properly. - Please stop putting your developer in sales team for god sake. Context switching confuses them. Hire QA, tech support people for this. - Proper ERP system training is necessary. - Please start saying no to your client for unnecessary features. - Plan things ahead of time instead of getting everything done in 1 week. -If onboarding is happening in Toronto then please make sure important people are present there physically so that they will fix the problem if something will mess up, instead of telling the team to work remotely. - Just because you are getting a cheap developer in India doesn't mean you should run a company here. If none of your clients is from India then why you are operating whole development team from India. You made this company a global team and now it's hard for you to manage time. Toronto team is getting up early, India team (developers) are working late at night, no proper meetings are scheduling and no proper discussion is happening. Please move back to Toronto instead of wasting everyone time. - As an employee, I never feel that this is my company. Small team size less than 8. Amazing tech team, 500 startup family. Remote working Flexible timings They can fire you on the spot and you should leave immediately. No notice period. No training and guidance from the founders. Politics between the founders and other employees. Partiality exists very much. No proper hiring and No planning in the technical work side. Work life balance can be hard if you're not careful. Employee retain-ability is very bad. No definite Roles and Responsibilities for your designation. You can be called any time after work.
