Difficulty following through on initiatives, short term sales numbers and quarterly profits seem more important than quality of service or keeping promises to clients, some truly baffling hiring and firing decisions make it hard for staff to feel secure in their roles, below average salary and benefits for non-executives

Things that are presented as core values and plans seem to be abandoned halfway, it's hard to tell what really matters and what is just being given lip service. Things were improving in 2017 but this year the company seems to have moved further away from its founding principles to become just another place to work.

There seems to be a policy that rewards making homophobic comments. If you shout hate speech, you can work from home 100% of the time, reducing the company's liability when/if someone overhears.

Revolving Door - No Structure

The people are nice, smart and caring. Sleep is becoming bigger in industries and more well known, helps with business.

No structure. Bad eggs keep company from being better. It seems like upper management chased away good employees because they were too focused with getting business rather than keeping people to help get business.
The people who do little work are overpaid, and the people who work very hard get poorly paid. Not proactive and only act when things get dire. Not a healthy way to run a business.
