Nobody was furloughed or let go and the company continued to pay full salaries even though it had losses. Honestly, there aren’t any really. Coworkers are personable, and very willing to work together. The culture of bringing employees together, even amidst this whole virus ordeal has been great. Wide range of innovative products, good and standard equipment's and helpful management / good managers. It always seems like a few lot of well qualified people are been ignored or been presented less to no opportunities to them to grow. Lot of young talented engineers are been tagged as technicians & been paid as a technicians. I am also sure that you have had many opportunities to show what you can do and also discuss your personal career path. It's impossible to conceive that we have not worked closely with you to try and find a path forward. If you have indeed been with us for more than 3 years and you haven't \"advanced\" in your mind inspite of all the support and encouragement you have received then it is probably time to look at yourself. Maybe you are immature in some way? perhaps you have struggled with turning up for work on time? Maybe you have an attention issue? Maybe your work isn't quite as good as you think it is? As the company has grown revenue over the past few years, the employee benefits package has continually improved and now has an excellent 401K match. In addition to investing in its employees, the company has continued to upgrade equipment to not only keep pace with customer demand, but in anticipation of future growth and market direction. It has a very fast paced environment while offering cutting edge technology. Being a small company, I consider a pro because it gives individuals the opportunity to contribute and see those contributions directly affect the success of a company. -CEO: Brilliant, tough, driven and hard working. Works tirelessly to move his company forward. Expects a lot from his employees but his passion to succeed shows and rubs off on those around him. Constantly trying to make things better from paying out bonuses to creating a culture of team-work and success. -VP of Operations: While you could consider him the right-hand man to the CEO he's truly the lifeblood of the organization. This guy has his hands into everything, and I mean that in a good way. Although still a young guy he displays an acumen for Operations, Production, Planning and Personnel. He always seems to have a eye on the future while focusing considerable energy on the present. He also expects a lot from his employees and hires people he believes can get up to speed quickly. He'll give you a direction and let you go but he's always there to provide whatever support you may need. Great work ethic and the best compliment I can pay is that he leads by example. -Production/Quality Managers: Very talented group of individuals that expect a lot from themselves, their staff and truly care about moving the company forward. They work long and hard right by the side of their production staff. -Production staff: Hard workers and good people. They care about doing their jobs well and take pride in being an important cog in a small company. In the interest of full disclosure I currently work at Fusion Optix and I've really enjoyed my time here. It's challenging, fast paced and yes fun. The pace is not for everyone but if you're open to joining a small, rising company that can offer you some professional challenges this could be the place for you. Very little.
