Challenge Regional Captain: Consultant | Boston, MA | USA | I enjoyed working at Futures Without Violence | I conducted the Respect Challenge at several schools per week. This was a rewarding experience giving students a time out from their regular school routine to think about what respect meant to them. Although they were a little reluctant to participate in the beginning of the class, mainly due to peer pressure to be funny "with the substitute", their answers were quite thoughtful. This was the highlight of my day! This was a national campaign so I only saw my co-workers in person at a training. However, I learned a lot from them on our weekly conference calls.
