The company treats their employees really well (good benefits, excellent pay, free monthly massages, flexible WFH opportunities). The CEO is very down to earth and actually communicates with the employees.

I wasn't a huge fan of the people who managed me, quotas were unclear in the beginning, goals were vague, some projects lacked clear instruction.

The people are nice- it’s a relaxed environment-

The morale is lacking - the company is handling more than it can chew. The training is subpar. You work around the clock. The pay is below average for what they expect. They provide a quarterly bonus, in which is hard to achieve. Turnover constantly. Benefits are horrible!!!

A mixed bag of good and bad.

Management is very open to new ideas from employees, and properly credit the right person with it. There is hardly an HR department, so there is very minimal bureaucracy. The workplace has a pretty positive atmosphere to it; most people are friendly and easy to talk to. Managers understand the importance of the people they are in charge of, and do their best to treat them well. Pretty casual approach to work flexibility; I was often allowed to work from home even though I did not have work from home time to use yet. Managers let things like that slip under the radar. If you consider a variety in your duties to be a pro, then this place has it. They are growing at an incredible rate, which will likely create a lot of new work opportunities in the future. If you play your cards right, there is a lot of room for advancement and career growth.

The workload! Many employees work well over 40 hours a week (and not just the managers) on a regular basis. While you are never directly forced to do this, they try to push it on you pretty hard. This creates a dissonance between those who refuse to work overtime and those who are willing to. I refused to work overtime, and as a result there was hardly any down time in the day for anything. Many people ate lunch at their desks while working. Many personal projects were put on hold for too long. People should not have to work 9 hour days everyday to get a standard amount of work done (I use the term "standard" loosely, as work load was steadily increasing when I left). They don't educate their employees as much as they should. Pay is a far cry from average (at least for my position). Departmental cliques run rampant. Typical startup tech company mentality of needing "rockstar" employees, "wizard" coders, and other buzzwords of that nature.

Before you keep skyrocketing your business upward, take some time to focus on and reinforce the foundation. Your employees are only human and have a limit. As morale fades and workload increases, things will start to crumble. Educate your employees! I don't think I have to explain why this is important.

Incredible environment for passionate, driven people

When I heard that Futuri's core values were speed, passion, proactivity, and trust, I knew I wanted to work here. Those things are very important to me. I'm so happy I joined the team.
The technology Futuri creates is really innovative and used in so many creative ways by our clients (mostly radio, which I love) to create real positive results. I love that we really care about our clients and help them grow their businesses, as opposed to just selling them software and calling it a day once the contract is signed.
My colleagues are all really great at what they do and want to win. Everyone is held to a high level of personal accountability, which I like because I hold myself to a high standard, so it can be frustrating when the guy across from you phones it in. I've had jobs like that elsewhere. This isn't a place like that.
My manager is easy to talk to and regularly asks for my feedback. The benefits are good and I'm compensated fairly. I like the people I work with and we have fun events inside and outside the office, like chili cook-offs.
Daniel Anstandig, the CEO, is incredible, and regularly takes the time to talk to the team and fill us in on growth, challenges, and the management team's vision. I feel like he's really transparent (in a good way), and as someone who takes pride in the work I do, I like knowing what's going on with the company and feeling like I'm a part of our future.

Over the past few years, Futuri has grown incredibly fast, and there have been growing pains along the way, mainly related to internal communication. It's not a major con for me because Futuri has been proactively addressing these things over the past few months. And honestly, I would have expected more growing pains at this rate of growth.

Pay was above average for the job I was asked to do. Average for the job I expected I would be doing.

You are expected to be available 24/7. People get mad if you don't get back to them at 4am. There is neither the staff or infrastructure to support a growing client base.
The company's products, while cool are always broken. The people that "sell" them often tell potential and new customers the products will do things they can't.
There is no or terrible communication between departments. There is infighting between departments and management doesn't seem to care.
