The company at its core is so transparent with all that’s going on. Even at the highest level, Jason and Sean have dedicated their lives to building this business. I witnessed their appreciation for their employees demonstrated daily. From filling the kitchen with boxes of free snacks, installing cold brew taps, to coming out on the floor and sitting among employees working through business challenges. They’ve carved out a sanctuary for professionals who have a passion for technology, and development. They’ve designed their office to feel like something you’d see in an episode of Silicon Valley. It’s inviting, fun and productive place to come to work everyday. There is no limit to the amount of growth you can gain by working here. The negotiations for salary were more then reasonable. They offer benefits and in some cases equity in their business. The turn over rate here is very low for a reason. I’d recommend working here to anybody I know both professionally and personally. It’s a growing business and with that comes growing pains. As the company is getting larger they are learning to transform their processes to scale with it in size. With that comes change and improvements and for some people change can be difficult. I'm a student so Jason, CEO, understands the flexibility I need in my hours and allows me to work accordingly. I feel so lucky because not only does he understand the flexibility I need as a student, but he also gave me a job that will help me with my credits at school. Everyone here is close to each other but they're also very inclusive so it makes for a great work environment because it doesn't feel cliquey. This is one thing I always worry about when going into a new job because your co-workers can make or break the entire work experience. Also, you're allowed to bring your dog to work! That is the coolest job ever. The owners are invested in the success of not only the company, but it's employee's as well. They always put employees needs first and are flexible with scheduling which is always hard to find in a job. As long as you put in your agreed hours and get your tasks done efficiently, you can almost make your own schedule here which is the ultimate job perk in my book. We share one large open work area, which means volume can become a problem on some days. It can be difficult to stay focused when the team is working on troubleshooting a problem, but it's nothing a good pair of headphones can't fix. The feeling of being productive and busy yet comfortable and relaxed by Fyresite's philosophy of working smarter than harder which is one of the very few methodologies you can learn here at Fyresite. The management is absolutely an employee's dream to have. People who actually listen and strive to hear any feedback to constantly improve the day-to-day life of their employees and clients. I worked with top Fortunes and agencies and this is something I've never felt more comfortable at or pleased to come in the office each and everyday. I like to call it my second home, thank you Fyresite!
