Worst place to start for an intern

The not so pleasant experience at Gaboli motivated in working harder towards my goals.
|
1. As against your CTC mentioned in your offer letter, they will suddenly surprise you with a meagre salary for first three months of internship - Rs.7500 pm.
2. No professional office culture.
3. Only got the peanuts in terms of salary on personally requesting the CEO after my first month of employment.
4. Lack of support from colleagues.
5. Didn't even get my salary when I decided to leave Gaboli. Now, that's some serious lack of professionalism.

First of all want to say something about CEO
Very true person,awesome mentor .If you show interest, ask questions and are dedicated to do your best -you will be rewarded -as said by my friend.
Company provides good environment to learn and grow and above all FAR AWAY FROM POLITICS.Hope will remain same.
Gaboli is a place for people who are extremely knowledge driven,hardworking. If you are not able to cope up with the challenging environment you will have problems - not just Gaboli but anywhere (may be not in tcs,infosys or any other brand where you can hide your faults and rest on benches. [not for all cases but some exceptional ones])

Not suitable place for People who dont want to do anything except complaining about nameplates,cafeterias and stipends..if you are not capable of getting higher than a stipend then why to blame management for this..fact is you short of mind or may be same as Embarrassed cat who scratches a pillar.
