You learn a lot in the environment and you get to travel a lot which some people may consider a con. -They manipulate their employees. My co-workers would bed over an arm and a leg for GAD Group when they are only getting paid. GAD Group doesn't do much for their employees and they expect a lot from them. I have volunteered work for them, which I have no idea why, and they don't make it worth my wild. -There is not much room to grow. They act like there are lots of different positions and more hierarchy than there actually is. When I was working there, it was me and the next position up was the owners of the company. -They are out of touch. The owners of the company don't always know what is going on at their customers sites. They make it up to you to point out issues and create a picture for them. Especially before an appraisal. Take a chill pill. You don't need to be down everyone's necks when they are doing there jobs. Talk to the person individually not passive aggressively to all of your employees. That way maybe other topics can be brought up. Stop embarrassing your employees in front of everyone. They know the mistake they have made.
