Great work atmosphere, very easy access to communication at every level, and bottom line is that GRB truly cares about their employees and the community! Company has amazing core values and it's reflected through their work and how they treat the staff. Bank-related jobs always prioritize the client, so going way above and beyond for every person you do work for is expected. Incredibly high emphasis on customer satisfaction. The pay is not even close to market. On top of low pay they expect you tp do the job of 3+ people and don't take care of the hard workers. They give you small (and I mean SMALL) raises each year and expect no comverstation about it. When an employee is honest with the culture they need to listen instead of being defensive. GRB used to be the best place to work but it is not anymore. Everyone who works here is very friendly and it really feels like a family atmosphere. Easy access to upper management. The benefits are phenomenal and the culture is amazing. The staff is top notch; professional and welcoming. No doubt a trait expected from their President. A leader who truly does lead by example. The growth has allowed many career growth and employee satisfaction truly exist. This is not the office job you want should you desire to kick back and relax.
