Hire me on staff so I have more work security, I can't think of a better place to work. The management staff is like one of the guys, very approachable and extremely knowledgeable which creates a very satisfied workforce. I have worked for Genesis twice in the past 2 years and only wish it were longer.

Overall, it was a pretty nice place.

The other Lab techs were friendly, and helpful. A general feel of respect throughout the company from what I could see.
|
Did not witness any encouragement for advancing education in Information Technology. I heard there wasn't any money provided for employees to get certifications. If you wanted to be certified, then you had to pay out of pocket.
