A lot of times, we all had to wait weeks to get paid. A lot of inappropriate languages, uncomfortable. Some time, boss came in high, or drunk. Very unprofessional.

The overall job was easy, the hours were a bit long due to the work being pretty boring. You were either overrun with parts or watching the minutes tick by. The break room was nice and large and breaks staggered which I liked.

Management to a certain level is very easy to talk and communicate with. You get the support that they are allotted.
There are many types of co-workers that do not get job ethics and very little that do. Personalities are great and we all have the common goal of being productive as possible in a day.
