They are clear and direct about objectives and project goals, trust their employees and let them work independently, open to employees' ideas, and give their employees a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and grow as a professional. All of the staff is very friendly and works very well as a team. Excellent work/life balance, too. Not sure what to say, I've been very happy with everything so far, from compensation to professional opportunities and my team members.
