The students are a joy to help, the faculty & staff on campus felt like a family. The campus dean ensured that every one felt included and in high spirits. It's a great place to start your career and learn. They take the time to train you and support you. I can't say enough great things about working here. This was a great job for me as I was a busy student at the time. I was able to get some of my homework done while I was working and my coworkers and manager were absolutely wonderful! They were available if I had questions or concerns and were always so welcoming and easy to get along with! Rome, GA USA Run don't walk...not kidding at all. I would have to say this was absolutely the worse job I ever had. Toxic environment from top to bottom. I went entire 3 month period without ever speaking or interacting with my manager. No direction, no support and absolutely no ideal on how to manage. The benefits are through the state and every Friday is a half day (that was the only thing that worth looking forward to). The best campus to work on is the Kennesaw campus or Cartersville campus...absolutely run if offered a position in the IT Dept. I sat in a room for months on end with absolutely nothing to do or assigned to me. I almost went crazy with boredom. Not worth it. Recently, GHC's growing pains are felt by employees. Four 9 hour days and Friday off at noon.
