A great company that cares

It is a tight knit family feel. I have brought my pet to work with no problems. The company has a great growth potential for people willing to work. I have seen people hired for one department who did not do well and were moved to another department and were able to grow where other companies would just fire them.

Because the company is so young, things change quit often. You have to be ready to make MAJOR changes in processes and rules at the drop of a dime.

Great co-workers! Lot's of upward mobility. Fast paced learning environment and excitement in a growing company. We are a group of amazingly, talented, hard working people that rise to the challenges every day and work together to solve issues. We are helping save the world and save our customers money. Some absolutely amazing things happening. The flex hours are nice when you have kids or things come up during the work week that need to be taken care of.

My belief is that in life, if you give it your all and have a positive outlook you will find greatness. Geostellar is growing and has amazing potential. Growth can be painful. I find the growth and the fast paced environment exciting, but I can imagine how some may find it difficult.

Friendly co-workers, equipment provided, occasional employee meals during required "training" unproductive meetings
|
Executive staff is not interested in feedback or employee concerns. This is a cut-throat start up going on 7 years and still can't get it together. Bad location. Staff is shown off frequently to potential investors with 'smoke in mirrors' to coerce them into investing into ponzy scheme. Poor hiring and HR practices. Micromanaged. Calls are recorded and employees are not trusted. Installers/Contractors are not paid on time.
