The workload is unbearable, you do the job of 4 or more people with the pay of 1. They lay off workers and promote management at the same time. Gerber is so top-heavy with directors of no-one and managers of 1 person. They have so many managers and directors but no one to do the work. For Gerber it's all about the bottom line, quality was thrown out the window a couple of years ago. Long gone are the days when they actually cared about their customers. It's really sad.
