Terrible management, it’s a high turnover company, if you are looking for stability you’ll never see it here.

The company was very good, it had good administration, good managers and shift leaders, but after buying Gorillas everything was ruined.
Before
They paid you $18 an hour plus tips you received a minimum of $30.
There was good communication, they gave you surveys about how you felt working, they gave you a lot of training in Queens. They even called you Getirian.
The bicycles had throttle, received maintenance every day and always had a battery.
In low seasons they cut your hours but they warned you and kept as many people as possible.
Now
They pay you only $17 plus tips. tips do not exceed $20 even clients tell you that sometimes the tips are disabled.
There is no communication, they just see you as another number.
The bicycles are now pedal assist, there are almost no bicycles available because they are useless and you only have to use two batteries for the entire day, some times you have to walk 15min to return to store because your battery is death.
They see you as a number and fire you for anything.
It doesn't matter if you work a lot, be the top rider for a long time, work hard making a batch order of 5 deliveries at the same time and raining, or work overtime to help them. They will send someone to follow you and take videos or give you your schedules in another app without telling you, they will use anything to get rid of you.

Fairly easy to get hired with few requirements. Days were either extremely busy or extremely slow, no in between. Coworkers and shift leads were pretty chill, management made some questionable decisions. Hours got cut at the start of the slow season with no warning. Pretty meh overall.

terrible

honestly one of the worst places ive worked for sat there and did favors came into work when they called me in 20 for them to let me go for them not having a organized environment bikes and locks were always either never labeled or labeled wrong and i was left to find a needle in a hay stack when i had dead lines for my deliveries
