From the beginning of my time here, I have been made to feel like a valued employee. I am asked for my opinions, given freedom to create what I want and also the CEO has personally taken an interest and complimented my work. It's a small friendly team that feels like a family. We work hard and are treated to parties and away days. We get the opportunity to bond with our colleagues through team-building. A good start up makes you feel like you are responsible for the company's success, no matter what your position is - and this is how working at Get Licensed makes me feel. I like how as a Content Writer, I am given freedom to create what I want but also given specific tasks from my line manager - that's a good mixture of autonomy and guidance. The CEO is also very kind and friendly and makes a huge effort to know all the employees. Relaxed but stimulating work environment. Great management, super helpful. Very welcoming and friendly. All staff are treated to lunch often and snacks kept in the office. Always reassured to try new things even if it doesn't work out. Great facilities for the job role.
