The Product Manager is disrespectful to their employees.

The people are very welcoming, and you can always ask questions accordingly without feeling intimidated, especially when you're a new hire.
|
The product manager's excuse for being mean to people is that they can't communicate properly, which is what most people in the company would try to say just to understand their reactions, but they don't have any problems communicating when it comes to their frustrations and shouting at employees. They will either call your work fake or b***sh** just because it's not showing the numbers they're expecting in the KPI when in reality, they are not even upgrading the software they are trying to sell!! Founded in 2014 yet their systems feel like a startup company. No proper turnover management of roles, but they expect you to fully know the tasks you've never done before. No proper training for new hires, but they expect sales in your first week. LOL
