The senior leadership team are rotting from the inside out and this is seeping down into everywhere else. It’s led by the CPO who is incompetent, vindictive, manipulative and untrustworthy. She has had numerous relationships with the rest of the SLT which has led to them turning on each other and thankfully they are starting to see the type of leader she is and culture that she is generating across the whole business. It is disgusting that someone in a position of trust and responsibility has shown such vile behaviour repeatedly and no wonder that no one at Gett trusts her or her team and the work they produce.
There is a firm cohort of managers and employees across the rest of the business who are fighting for what is right and for her to be removed from the abuse of power and trust. It is only a matter of time before management succeed and she leaves, the sooner the better for everyone.
