This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. The leadership is lacking. They have little strategy and tend to waste money and make bad hires. Most managers don’t really know how to lead people and a lot of people are in high ranked positions because they are well liked more than because they have any real skill sets. It’s really frustrating most days to be honest. I’ve never come across so many passive aggressive bullies in all my life. They like to talk about having an inclusive culture but the reality is, if you’re not part of the in crowd no one will actually listen to you

Challenging and frustrating workplace
|
I started working for the company as an acquired employee. The transition was pretty rough. Leadership didn’t do much to help us feel welcome and mostly we were treated in a dismissive way by the rest of the organization. The atmosphere was fairly political and it seems they focus more on money and revenue than caring about people. I chose to leave as the poor leadership and observed behavior didn’t align with my values and what I’m looking for in a workplace.

There are some good scientists that work here, the people are nice for the most part, we get free food

One of the worst places to work for. The people are highly inexperienced for the roles they’re put in. The founders are out of touch. I’m dumbfounded how anyone would think this is a great place to work. My only explanation is most people who think so haven’t worked elsewhere and just don’t know any better
