Very bad management. Every 2 to 3 months managers and directors hired and fired.
Sales executives are also on hire fire basis and turnover is huge in all departments.
HR is looking at all operations including sales but does not know anything about it!

The management rates the employees as A,B and C players based on their performance. The amount on money spent by the CEO on his cigars in a month is a lot more than the wages of the technicians working in ground floor. I wonder what player is the CEO, my guess is a D - Player. The HR always want to get involved into operations, god know why. They just cant keep themselves out of operations. They have no clue about the trade but always would involve into things for no reason.
The company has a very bad habit of ruining peoples careers by firing them for silly reasons. They love employing pretty girls for obvious reasons.
The employee satisfaction is never values. They just need money and that's it.
The CEO drives a Ferrari, and would make the employee wait 6 months for a cab fare reimbursement. They can be named as a company with champagne taste and lemonade money
