The managers take 1 month to set the quarterly OKR and only leave two months for the team to act. The OKR is changing and confusing to most employees. The CEO intervenes in the product development process but doesn't take ownership when it fails. Employees are underappreciated. Givelify has yearly performance reviews, but a yearly salary increase is not guaranteed despite the inflation. The salary increase and bonus are favoritism. Colleagues are friendly.
