1. Remote working options are not available in a city that is plagued by traffic. Most in person meetings that happen could have been an email. 2. The purpose of the app changes every quarter and it is very unclear as to what is being built through the app. 3. There is a general lack of understanding of what the audience wants and what is being provided to them. 4. Micro-managers are dime a dozen. 5. What are we really solving for and does anyone watch the content on the app? Real questions are unanswered. 6. Promotions are based on like-ability over skill set.

The recruiter was helpful at the beginning, but things changed after she left company.
|
Not at all comfortable for work.
I requested for employee agreement, but they didn't give, may be they dont have it or dont give it to save themselves from legal issues later.
No proper communication with employees, just master slave approach.
No clear explanation for salary reduction.
Work load increases exponentially, corresponding increase in salary and difficulty to achieve target are never addressed.
