Roposo had very flexible work environment but it lacked strong management team. Their goal and vision seemed to be very vague and people were not focused at their job.

It was a great exposure to have worked with all the fashion bloggers.
It was a very different experience. Workplace was very relaxing and used to motivate us to work better. The hardest part of the job was to meet the competition and also the daily targets. The most enjoyable meetings where the time we had team meetings and got the chance to interact with new people and learned new ideas.

The people have no idea what they are doing

The marketing team has a stupid mentality, the staff are a bunch of jealous dorks who just have nothing to do but gossip around topics of others life and create misunderstanding. the marketing team spends money on show off and tries to save pennies by negotiating with employees after their work iscompleted, and the payments comes only after you threaten them you would talk to a lawyer about this issue.
